Grandma Fran found this adorable little red sweater the other day that someone had knit for Uncle Paulie. It then got passed down to Uncle Peter and daddy…and last week she gave it to Rocco! We tried it on a couple days ago and it fit like a glove. So warm, cozy and cute!
It’s the perfect sweater for the frigid cold Minnesota days we’ve been having. And the perfect piece of clothing to help Rocco kick the icky cold he’s had all week.
A few days later, Grandma Fran found a couple other sweaters that were daddy’s and brought them over too. Rocco will be styling’ in these cute little vintage pieces!
Receiving these meaningful sweaters for Rocco on this cold mid-December week, so close to Christmas, reminded me to slow down during this busy holiday season and cherish the small traditions. I’m so thankful Grandma Fran saved these and look forward to the opportunity of passing these sweaters down to my grandchildren someday.
May your holiday season be filled with lots of warm and cozy special traditions!
